From founding her own cleaning business, to becoming a makeup artist, and then trying her hand in the corporate arena. Esther Korpel

Originally from Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Esther has been working in the legal industry for over ten years, acquiring a wide range of knowledge in a variety of services that provide excellence. With vast extensive experience in providing services, she was attending undergraduate degree and became interested in Alternative Dispute Resolution which led her to write her thesis on the use of Mediation in Criminal Law.

Over the years Esther has found her passion for mediation, despite society's general perspective “A mediator has to have gray hair”. So Esther approach, was to put her mediation career on hold and began to gain experience in providing services in contract management and consulting. Contributing to her career development, she frequently employs mediation and negotiation skills to reach resolutions that help clients gain a competitive advantage in contract negotiation.

Esther's belief in this non-binding process, by applying it to her degree of knowledge and daily work routines, sharpened her professional development and gave her a track record career. In order to contribute in helping this society on-biding proceedings move forward, she completed the study to become an official registered mediator. After she worked as a mediator in child protection service.

In 2018, she created her company and is currently working as mediator and coach, specializing in familial conflicts, custody disputes, and parenting plans. Esther's ability to work in complex environments, minorities and social economic disadvantage made her a respectable mediator in the Netherlands as well as in the United States of America. Her experience in helping adversarial parties reach compromises has helped dozens of people avoid the expense and frustration of court proceedings.

Originally from Madrid, Spain. Sandra is a professional with more than 10 years of experience specializing in communication and legal services in high performance international firms. She has valuable and extensive experience in digital marketing, photography, and brand development which makes her a quintessential asset as VP of Operations for The Law Studio. She shows passion, talent, and exemplary organizational skills for her work and for The Law Studio, a firm not so big in size but huge in commitment, professionalism, and dedication to its clients.

Our firm’s fees are based on the work performed, research, telephone calls, and electronic communications including e-mails, text messaging, faxes, and any other means of communication.
